These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Parallux, operated by Restored Revenue LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using Parallux, you agree to these Terms.

What Parallux is

Parallux generates a cinematic, scroll-driven website from a short description of your brand, lets you refine it in plain English, and - if you subscribe - publishes it to a shareable link that we host.

Parallux is a hosted service, not a website builder you install or export from. When you publish a site, we render and host it for you for as long as your subscription is active. We don't provide a way to download your site's code or self-host it elsewhere. If this matters to you, consider it before relying on Parallux for a website you may need to migrate away from later.

Free to try, paid to publish

Describing your brand, generating a site, and refining it are free and don't require an account. Publishing your site to a live, shareable link requires a paid subscription.

Subscription terms

What happens if you cancel or a payment fails

We don't take your site down the instant a subscription lapses. We'll email you a warning, and your published site(s) will stay live for 5 days from the lapse. If the subscription isn't reactivated within that window, your site(s) stop being publicly visible. Reactivating your subscription at any point - including after the 5 days - brings a site back up if you republish it.

Your content

You retain ownership of the brand name, text, and any photos or business information you provide. By using Parallux, you grant us the license necessary to store, process, and display that content as part of operating the service (generating your site, hosting it once published, etc.) - nothing more.

You're responsible for what you upload and publish. Don't upload photos or enter content you don't have the right to use, and don't use Parallux to publish anything illegal, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

AI-generated content can be wrong. The copy, color choices, and visual style Parallux generates are produced by an AI model and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't fit your brand as well as you'd like. Review everything before publishing - we don't guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content, and real facts (your address, phone, hours, prices, customer quotes) are always left for you to fill in directly rather than invented on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Don't use Parallux to: break the law; infringe someone else's rights; upload content you don't have permission to use; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or publish content that's deceptive, harmful, or abusive. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

No warranty, limitation of liability

Parallux is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restored Revenue LLC's total liability for any claim related to Parallux is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using Parallux and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, including the acceptable use rules above.

Changes to these Terms

If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Parallux after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
