Privacy Policy
Last updated October 13, 2026
Parallux ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Restored Revenue LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Parallux, why, and who else sees it.
What we collect
Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely, hashed, by our authentication provider - we never see or store your password in plain text).
What you type in. The brand description you enter to generate a site, and any follow-up refinement instructions you give us ("more colorful," "try a different scene," etc.).
What you upload. Photos you choose to add to your site (section images, gallery photos, before/after photos, partner logos). We never generate or alter these - they're exactly what you uploaded.
Real-world facts you provide. If you fill in a business address, phone number, hours, pricing, testimonials, or similar fields, that's information you've typed in directly - we never invent or guess these on your behalf.
Billing information. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details directly - we never see or store your full card number. We retain only what Stripe tells us: your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and subscription status.
Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated by normal web hosting, and authentication session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
- To generate your site (your brand description is sent to our AI provider to write copy and pick a visual style for you).
- To operate your account (sign you in, save your work, let you publish and edit your sites).
- To process payment and manage your subscription.
- To send you service-related email (e.g. a warning before a lapsed subscription's published site comes down - see our Terms of Service).
- To keep the service secure and working correctly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to train AI models beyond what's needed to generate your own site in the moment you ask for it.
Who else sees it
Running Parallux requires a small number of service providers, each seeing only what they need to do their specific job:
- Supabase - hosts our database, authentication, and any photos you upload.
- Anthropic - receives the brand description and refinement instructions you type in, to generate your site's copy and style.
- Stripe - processes payment if you subscribe; handles your card details directly, not us.
- Resend - sends transactional email on our behalf (e.g. subscription notices).
- Vercel - hosts the application itself.
We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.
Your published sites are public
If you publish a site, its content (everything you typed or uploaded for that site) is publicly visible at its URL by design - that's the point of publishing. This privacy policy covers your account information and how we handle your data; it doesn't make a published site's own content private, since you chose to publish it.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your site's content at any time while you're signed in. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us (see below). Deleting your account removes your published sites, since nothing about this product works outside of us hosting it for you - see our Terms of Service for more on what that means.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Parallux after a change means you accept the updated policy.
